So he was going 85 while riding the shoulder to avoid hitting someone. I'm no truck driver so I don't know how this shyt works. But could the momentum of him going down hill with no brakes push the truck to 85mph without him hitting the gas. And I wonder why he didn't take advantage of the runaway truck ramp. Didn't even know that was a thing until now.
