I work in the insurance industry and truckers are making a killing..only thing that hurts them is insurance on the truck especially in states like Louisiana, Florida and Texas because of claim risk do to weather

Just get the endorsements—- you’ll be more of an assset when pulling loads. I hate non haz qualified drivers when I gotta move 1500 lbs of fireworks FL/EX with totes to DAL by the morning 
Now somebody gotta go long or the dock gotta back strip the HAZ off and the managers are finna be pissed.

I did it for a summer in Odessa around 2020 when I was on break it was the hardest work and filled with Mexicans but it's possible to do, there's hella nikkas that do that too so you won't be the only breh around

And lived in a man camp
They drug test but them messicans be out there drinking and tricking (sometimes on nikkas but thats another story )
shyt was funny but do able. You get sent to a area and gotta be away from your people for some time but there's way around it my old boss had a whole young side bytch and secret family
If you physically able to and don't mind the solitude I would say look into it , a bag is a bag.
Thinking it would be an easy 17-2k a week

Are there pathways in the oil field if someone has a construction degree and project management experience?

Yes definitely! There's entry level positions where you don't even need much experience just piss clean and you'll be good. And then you can work your way up. Don't get in no BS hurt or nothing and you can move forward 100% theres a whole industry of people who go to West Texas and other spots just working in the fieldsAre there pathways in the oil field if someone has a construction degree and project management experience?

This isn't fluff btw I actually have some experience , only reason I'm not is because I was in school for something else my homie just hooked me up with the gig and I said fukk it !
Go to a company site look for what's available apply for apprentice or assistant positions, there's an official term but I'm 3 woods deep and forgot it ATM.

You might as well throw on doubles and triples
And get a TWIC if you're doing hazmat bc it's the same check with TSA and you can fly with it if you don't have a Real ID
If you can get a passenger or school bus endorsement somehow, I'd throw them shyts on there too. I don't have those anymore but I'd like to get them back at some point.
