They never watched these docs on how Pac or Biggie were killed, or any other crime scene investigations at all. These crime scene officials can pin down the entry point of a bullet, the angle, the distance the bullet was fired from, etc. They can pin down how long someones been dead or if they were moved by a human hand etc. Literally everything is capable of being discovered.

You can't off ppl in this day & age unless you got a boat ready with a 50lb brick ready to drop them off in the middle of the ocean.
