i think kitsch has done a solid job as well. its just that his backstory seems to get overshadowed by those of colin and rachel. i feel like the fact that he is a closet case simply did not have the impact the writers wanted it to have.

Worst follow-up season ever 
This 5th episode was better than the last...but I'm still not clear on why everything is happening. 
Like, we're 2 months later and all of them get demoted for surviving a shoot out with cop killers where they actually murked the cop killers?! And they closed the books on the Kasper murder in the process. This should have been a P.R. win for the dept and cops involved.
We're supposed to believe that McAdams gonna easily be able to go undercover at a private sex party where there will likely be high ranking police officials there that not only knew she was involved in the massive shoot-out but also knew she was one of only 3 ppl assigned to that recent high profile Kasper case?
Riggins is sexually conflicted...but why? He's a "good looking white man" who lives near liberal Hollywood, he's not religious, not close to his family, his mother already knows, he has no friends, basically no one close to him to feel the need to "hide." Many gay/bisexual men have kids with old girlfriends...this character seems to be from an early 90s show...not a 2015 show that airs on the same night and network that LOOKING just aired a couple months ago.
Vaughn is a big enough boss to have muscle/goons around at all times...yet he causally gives a guy 5 Million in cash (which taps him out) with no security or backup? Also, if this was for a legitimate land deal, not a Mexican drug cartel buy, wouldn't a cashier's check or wire transfer been equally sufficient?
List goes on...

Colin Farrell has been great in this, excellent even. Rachel needs more activity because she's been really good too just a little underused. Taylor put on a decent performance in the scene with his mom. He's been hit or miss but he hasn't really had much to work with either.

I had no idea what cooze was until I looked it up. It wasn't great but it was a solid and focused episode, aside from Frank and his wife's scenes which drag and Paul scenes were very 
this episode. Colin's killing it, Rachel's doing great, Vince.... I think he logged the most amount of minutes in this one and the dialogue is questionable but I can't even hate on it anymore. I'm just riding the wave.

i been away to long, my feeling died.
Casper got killed because he filmed it, Casper wanted to be with the big boys like Frank does but can't afford it. So he scams Frank who is basically a dummy out 5 million. He had Frank sell his disposal company for the mayor. Frank figured that out since now he could have been getting a fat government contract on top of the value of the land. Most likely Casper used Frank money to buy into the project thru a shell company his wife and Blake set up. Frank is the true dunce of the bunch.
