Hmm slight edge to Ye but blaze did give us Song Cry but at the same time ye gave us This Can't Be Life. Damn miss them soul samples from Ye.

Ye has been behind more dope full length projects, so he gets my vote. Freeway's debut was great as was Saigon's album, but I listen to Ye' s albums more.
