Wade has been underrated his whole career. He was lost in the Bron vs Kobe shuffle during his prime so history wont be very kind to him. But for the ppl who paid attention for real, yea he’s better than KD prime for prime. What KD can do at his size makes him more of a marvel but let’s not confuse that to being “better”.

Wade' s my guy but you gotta give the nudge to KD. KD's talent in combination with his physical gifts just brings more to the table than Wade ever could.

Of course I never said wade was better offensively. Just in the grand scheme of things when accounting for their overall game a 5% difference in efg/ts and 2 points ain’t substantial. I get it though when the players get this good you have to nit pick. Peak wade also had more people focused on just him on D okc was a good team with multiple options 09 heat was trash. My last opinion on it would be it just depends on how the team is constructed on who you pick.
On any given night in his prime Wade could give you 30,5,10 with like 3 steals and 4 blocks shooting 50% with the defense focused solely on him. And that’s without tryna pad stats. Kd ain’t doing no shyt like that. And to keep it a buck Wade has had worse teams than Bron and KD in his prime doing shyt like that but nobody will acknowledge. Like I said history won’t be kind to Wade

When locked in KD is the better defender but on a game to game basis I still have Klay above him. Either way I agree it's dumb ass hell to knock KD for playing with other great defenders and also ignores the offensive load he has to carry.
I'll take wade he played with end of line shaq and only had 1 prime year with lebron while kd had multiple prime years with russell and couldn't get it done. Plus wade has more heart, more clutch, better defender, not as good as shooter as KD/

Durant has the better tools. Wade had the better impact. Wade was incredibly tough to beat in his prime. He was clutch as fukk and would come up with huge “winner” type plays on almost a game to game basis. In Wade’s prime you knew that playing Miami was gonna be your toughest game that week. With KD on OKC, you knew that you might get away with one of KD’s off nights where he doesn’t seem like he’s focused and driven, just launching threes all day.
