NAH EVERYTHING JUST LINED UP PERFECT FOR THEM.

THEY ONLY HAD ONE SUPERSTAR
BUT THEY WERE A VERY DEEP TEAM.

2015
KD GOT HURT AND OKC MISSED THE PLAYOFFS....
THE CLIPS UPSET THE SPURS
THEN CHOKED AGAINST HOUSTON
SO WITH THE SPURS OUT OF THE WAY
WHO WAS GONNA STOP THEM IN THE WEST?

ADD THE FACT THAT KYRIE
AND LOVE WERE OUT FOR THE FINALS...

2016 KD IS BACK
AND OKC CHOKES A 3-1 LEAD
ONLY FOR GS TO DO THE SAME THING
THE FOLLOWING ROUND.

OKC WAS THE ONLY LEGIT TEAM OUT WEST
THAT GS FACED DURING THAT 2 YEAR RUN.

THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO...
THEY WON A TITLE WHEN DUDES WERE HURT
THEN LOST THE NEXT SEASON.

who tha fuq took Bleacher Report serious in 2012 :what: basically had interns and fanboys writing

:dead:
Substitute bspn or your favorite sports site, or your local barbershop that discusses NBA. Point is nobody had the Warriors as some team of the future in 2012/13/14 and Steph was not considered a top 20 player nor projected to be

Without KD, they dont beat the cavs last year
Which is why most people love KD for joining GS, everybody just wants to see Lebron lose.

Most "KD haters" are like Trump supporters, on the outside they act like they don't fukk wit him but on the inside be rootin like hell for him.

The Clippers had more playoff success than Golden State. Teams generally don't go from first round exit to a championship. OKC with their Big 3 went from first round, to conference finals to losing in the Finals. GS just bypassed everything.

Kyrie was better than everyone on GS besides Curry. Cleveland had a great duo; OKC had a great duo. GS had that singular talent in Curry, but not a second fiddle of a superstar caliber like other teams.

Absolutely nobody had them breaking the wins record or Curry winning one MVP let alone two straight. He'd made a single All-NBA team (second team) up until that point.
I think overachievers might have been too strong of a description. You may have meant they are anomalies - and they are. There was a lot of luck that had to happen, as well as good moves, good coaching (Kerr), along with player progression that just popped at the right time in 2014-2015. Actually winning the championship took their confidence to another level.

Nah, their role players were a hell of lot before Durant. Now they either got washed up players or inconsistent players coming off their bench.

Iggy wasn't :flabbynsick: yet. They had two all-star/superstar in the conversation of best shooters of all time combined with Iggy who was still an all-star level player and Dray who is a borderline all-star player and then guys like Livingston who were high quality role players. It was one of the deepest teams in the league.

Kerr did make, questionable rotations towards the end of the 2016 Finals...
Also he allowed lue to slow down curry. They was whoopinv curry ass coming off those screens. He should have put the ball in steph hands a lil more. If a player is on the ball it's much harder to take him out of the game compared to him being off the ball
