Why would it be an anomaly when he's a career 25 ppg player?

What a lot of cats forget is just how nasty he was the year after they won the chip. Everyone agrees that 08-09 was his best/most prolific season but dig this.....

Basically before his shoulder injury, he was the best player in the league that year imo. The difference between '09 and '07 is he didn't get hurt in the middle of the season.

to put that in perspective, he had 13 fouls in 5 games.
how the fukk do you have nearly the same amount of points as fouls?
however, it was refreshing knowing that his $20 million was coming off the books and help was on the way

and he averaged about the same the 2 seasons before and after that but with 3-4 less ppg. so it wasnt really an anomaly...he just had to carry the offensive burden a lil more because those teams post-shaq and pre-lebron were god awful.
