Sad to say but minorities also vote in lower numbers. Cacs were the only ones who voted larger than the share of their population.

If you know how people work, most of the people in the trump administration are stuck in the past, and this is their Achilles heel. Times are much different for whites, but they don't see it because they were in a bubble these past few years.
