That motivated youth is what got a black man elected...Why pander to p*ssy youths who don't vote?
Dudes act like twitter activism does anything.
You don't know any democrats outside of cities.
How old are you?'

The party hasn't found the next chosen on yet, they need to find him/her and start grooming them for the national stage. We are o king for someone to rally around (actually can't speak for the majority, only myself)Why didn't they just bring out Jimmy Carter for this?
Should've brought out some young bright talent they want to spotlight for the future... oh wait, Dems don't want young bright politicians.
what did he say?Van jones showing no back bone per usual![]()
Van, it ain't happening nikka![]()

No he's not.
I don't think you understand how bad drugs, and alcohol, is ruining white america.
If I am right, the Trump administration plans on fighting weed, and lower the prices of drugs, and that means more opiate addicts as more drugs will be in the streets. The arrests for weed, and the crimes that come with opiate addiction will increase, that will lead to more whites in prison. Thefts are already up because of opiate addiction. Whites will rebel, and the hate for republicans will increase, because people will truly see they are just about money.
The weakness of the trump administration is they are out of touch with how things are NOW! They have a view of the world from the 80's, and 90's, and their plans show it. Everything is going to backfire, but a lot of blacks will feel the pain, as they are going to not fund public schools like they should, but if you can stay on course for the next 4 years, in the end shyt is going to get better for everyone who doesn't get caught up.
I've been compounding chemo for the last 3hrs so I haven't watched one minute of his speech BUT of the three headed monster CNN did more to get trump elected than Fox.Here we go...CNN already on his dikk for his tone.
He shyts on CNN everyday but this batiboy Anderson Cooper just said it was best speech. John King said he's going to get a ratings bump.
This is why Jon Stewart shyts on this country's media. @LeVraiPapi @The Taxman
I lived in Pittsburgh for the last 3 years. I went to law school with upper middle class whites who thought they were victims while they were preparing to make 120K at Reed Smith. But who still blamed Democrats for their underacheving cousins having to work at a bar. My school was down the block from a clinic that primarily dealt with heroin addicts, I saw these folks on a daily. These same people were at Trump rallys and paraded confederate flags on their shytty cars. Being in Pittsburgh gave me valuable insight into the fragile psyche of white middle america in a way I wouldn't have been able to if I had stayed home in NYC.
Trump's protectionism works because it promises these white people something they feel they DESERVE. They believe in meritocracy so fukking much that they believe that they have been screwed over and they do not understand that their skills no longer have as much value anymore. They believe that if only there was a structure set up to show off their hard work they and America in general would be so much better off. Protectionism provides Trump with a long versatile line of villains. The Trump administration understands white middle america alot better than you do based on what you have articulated in your post.
Banking on "everything will backfire" is a losing strategy and you don't have clue how much these people are eating up this protectionist bullshyt. Economist on the left and the right long feared someone like Trump coming along, but they never thought it would happen in their lifetimes with such vigorous rhetoric and sincerity attached to it. Internationalism/Free market trade was thought to have won the intellectual battle decades ago even if there was some resistance amongst the general public, but they never thought Bannon/Trump was going to exist this quickly and win over people this effectively.

Partly, but dems also have to get folks out there to protest and become enthused, need more energy. It is not the millennials fault the election was lost, it was the baby boomers. The more exclusionary the Republican Party is, the more turnout you will see. The dems need to put someone out there with charisma, likeable and relatable.Democrats ultimately can't continue to pander to people they already have. Minorities aren't the ones who have to be swayed. It's buttfukk America that has to be convinced otherwise.
