You say policy must be tailor-made for Black voters, yet you called Trump the "last hope" for Black people, even though his policies actively harm(ed) us. The policies I listed do affect Black people disproportionately because of structural inequities. That's specificity in practice, not rhetoric. Impact matters more than labels.
Besides, it is legally impossible under the 14th Amendment to tailor race-exclusive laws. What it can do is design race-conscious remedies to address historic inequities, which disproportionately benefit Black people. As this thread shows, these remedies are now being inverted and called "anti-white" by the man you called the "last hope for Black people."
