What is to be done about Haiti? Not to sound insensitive, but Haiti has been in the gutter for as long as I've been alive. Is there a path upward for them?
It’s tough. The Haitian people need to have a say in who governs them. It’s been the opposite.

They might have closed the doors , but there’s no physical wall to actually stop people from going back and forth . They are building one but it’s only like 20% and a joke of a wall .
