Aliens are real for sure. This universe is too big for them not to be out there. But the idea that they travel across the galaxy, expend tons of energy, and break the laws of physics just to make a crop circle, fly around Nebraska and then crash is just stupid.
If aliens have the ability to travel that distance then they can likely observe us from pretty far away. So while I believe they are real I don’t believe we have ever encountered them.
