Hey bro, I just want you to know:

1. I voted for a candidate who's policies more aligned with my political leanings than Harris and Trump.
2. Harris was a lameduck candidate that never had a real path to victory. You're a year late and for whatever reason didn't see what was extremely obvious, but I can dig up posts where I said in the height of Harris-mania she had no chance. The "realistic" argument was delirium. I cannot help that I understood more clearly what was going on than you and moved like it.
3. There were a bunch of candidates on my ballot who's policies I would have brushed past. Let me help you out with what the common theme shared between all these candidates were

4. A candidate's policy has to be able to stand on its own before anything else. In 2024, you got an in your face lesson that you cannot use Candidate B's policy to convince people to vote for Candidate A and expect that to be any kind of winning strategy. Candidate A has to have policy in their own right that gets people excited in the first place. They can't just be not Candidate B and not doing what Candidate B will do. They have to have something on their own that people believe in and are excited about. You have 3 years to learn this lesson that you spent this last year not learning. If you're in 2028 still discussing politics this way, and get burned yet again, it's because you're exactly what I say you are.
