“I want to go into Chicago and we have this incompetent governor that doesn’t want us,” Trump said. “So we’re making the determination now. Do we go to Chicago or do we go to a place like New Orleans where we have a great governor who wants us to come in?”

No I been saying this on other threads but I think he was going to announce he was going to do it Tuesday and the Judge said that is illegal and low-key it really is so he backed down. That was why the press conference was a bunch of rambling and that was when he also mentioned NO. He wants to use the police to harass black people and Latinos but he can't do it anymore if the state’s governor says no or in DC.
