It applies to American federal government workers & contractors in China, so it's legal.Is this even constitutional.
They just throwing out pre-civil rights style policy and no one is really pushing back on none of it.
It DOESN'T apply to American tourists or non-government businessmen/women in China. Now, that would be illegal.

Ran it in Deep Research (both Gemini Pro and Perplexity) right now: about 30% of Asian Men in America with college degrees are in an interracial marriage. 40% for those who are currently in college. Majority are with a White Woman. That was from a few years ago, most likely the number has only increased I’m guessing.
People underestimate how opportunistic WW are. When they see some ultra talent/genius enter a company they’re the first in line scoping out the scene. Seen this happen a ton.

It also literally said a version of the plan was put into place last summer. Was Trump the president last summer? And the article literally said the plan was altered to include all citizens a few days before Trump took office. Then the article gave literal examples of other countries imposing similar restriction on their people, along with the reason why.

White guys are gonna be pissed because Chinese women specifically seek out them out. They're one of the few nationalities that badmouth their own native features for a preference for European ones.
The skinny that I hear from my Chinese female friend is that they definitely prefer white guys due to them having "rare" facial features, but the poor ones will take just about anyone with a stable career and good income.
Black men are definitely not a preference for the vast majority of them, but they'll look the other way if you're attractive with the above qualifications (you make good money and have a good career).
A large portion of the population is poor as shít, so it tracks.

The ones married to those women, or married in general, aren’t going to be complaining.
In general what notice with Asian people it’s the younger people who complain more but once they reach mid-20’s they stop complaining because they have marriage, career, kids, etc. going. Come to think of it, I honestly don’t see many online past the age of 30 complain about it like the younger kids do.
