If that's the issue (which is laughable given the military's budget) then drop their hormone therapy coverage...don't outright prevent them from serving.

I would assume it would be the same thing as "banning" someone who is in the process of transitioning, not sure if they can just stop taking hormones.

Side note are military personnel allowed to take steroids? If not then this hormone stuff for transgendered shouldnt be allowed either. Both manipulate your natural hormone output for physical results.

This isn't the only medical condition that DQs you from service. If you have eczema, for example, you are immediately rejected.
