This also makes America even more hypocritical when berating others on human rights and use of torture in prisons. The whole Trump presidency is going to make America look CRAZY and unreliable to outsiders. Imagine, they've dealt with Obama for 8 years who's been convincing them of things like TPP, probably wagging fingers at them about Human Rights and now it's fukk TPP, torture is back on etc. Whatever the merits of those policies, Trump undoing Obama's work overnight will have other countries
