They are targeting Columbia Heights as it is a concentrated area of Latinos.

They have also been up and down U Street and Rhode Island Avenue up to the metro.

Of course crime will be overall down, there’s a fukking army there. The issue is that it is turning into a police state that is harming and intimidating the residence to the point that restaurant are crying for military to leave since no one wants to eat out. It’s harming local businesses and citizens. Is it worth paying 2000 military personnel to hamper crime that was going down before they came?
