Trump betta holla @ Irv Gotti to find out how he persevered. Word to Ashanti

Irv ran a record label that was hot 20 years back and fukked up within a decade. Trump ran a whole corrupt global real estate enterprise since the 1970s and a whole corrupt White House, dodging taxes and enriching his own pockets. And still out here, more or less, free as a bird with millions of devoted followers. If anything Irv need to take notes from Trump on how to thrive as a NYC scumbag.

He also posted a low tier brand and comparing it to the high end chicken breast brand
This is all I have to add to the thread. I'm laughing at everything else, but you don't compare no goddamn free range chicken from not-Walmart to a Walmart cheapo brand that might have added salt solution. If I came up on here showing canned chicken from 2021 and compared it to a rotisserie in 2022 I would rightfully get laughed at.

Notice the first pack is free range suburban Whole Foods shyt and the second pack is Wal-Mart cheap family pack shyt.

Chicken breasts didn't go up ten dollars a pound. I do all the grocery shopping for my household. It's still significant if you are on a budget or have kids, but it's more like 2-3 dollars a pound
Walmart sells Foster Farm chicken :gucci:

Man, ain't nobody tripping that hard. I'm looking at my local choice of place now (Wild Fork Foods in the Chicago area) and its $15 for 2.5 pounds of organic chicken. For non-organic with a brine, it's $13.90 for 5 lbs. Not all chicken is the same so while inflation is a thing, organic was $12 in the spring, you can not compare free range to the regular stuff. The price will always be off. This goes for meat and eggs. Organic or free range is gonna always come with a premium.

high rise apartments that were $6000+ a month prior to 2020 are now $3000 and always open vacancy :patrice:

I missed this shyt you had another dumbass talking point. :dead:

Do you realize there was a fukking PANDEMIC during that time and people stopped having to commute to work so they didn't have to live in expensive-ass $6,000/month apartments in the middle of San Francisco anymore? Those people didn't lose their jobs, they just rented quieter places that were cheaper and closer to nature where they could do the same fukking work without spending a ton of money to live in a crowded urban center. I have a friend who works for Apple up by the Bay and he moved to Hawaii for two years and got scuba certification. :russ:

Now that people are going back to work the prices are going back up just like normal. Average rents are down just 10-20% from pre-pandemic, which most folk in San Fran would say is a GOOD thing and helps the economy but your unhinged ass wants to bytch about it.
