I was afraid this would happen with all of the Trump appointed judges. That judge right now is really twisting the law to benefit Trump, and then when the DOJ appeals, it goes to more Trump appointed judges. It's a sham. Hopefully it leads to something though eventually, even after all these delays, but I dunno. I've lost faith in judges, given that they are all so political now. It's a damn shame

The first meeting with the special master is today, and the DOJ appeal should be decided 2 hours before that.
