For example, If im selling my house and i hear the govt is giving 25k to buyers, then the first thing i will do tmrw morning is raise my asking price from 400k to 425k. Alternatively, the bidding war grows by 25k on the buyer side, but the end result is more inflation in the housing market.



Housing is more of a policy issue, than a money issue.
