Sure and she was... based on margins.
However her main problem was that she was rarely above 50% in any of these polls. Trump won because late undecided broke to him heavily, primarily in swing states.
Even though she won the popular vote, she got roughly 6 million less votes than Obama got in 2012. Trump popular vote count was about the same as Romney's. That says a lot. People just said fukk both of them and didn't vote.
