So four times she has a head to head debate and lost the election means she didn't do that well in debates

Sure and she was... based on margins.
However her main problem was that she was rarely above 50% in any of these polls. Trump won because late undecided broke to him heavily, primarily in swing states.

If reports are to be believed, Bill Clinton actually told the Hillary campaign staff that they need to go after the midwestern states and was effectively told "shut up" by the Brooklyn Office back in August.
Politico did a good long form story on the whole mess that was the Hillary campaign. Hubris and pure narrowmindedness killed her campaign. It was just incomprehensibly stupid to say the least.

Its really hard to explain why Trump won. It's a big azz cluster of things about why he won. You can simplify it but you wouldn't be really evaluating it.
Trump tapped into the racist fear against BLM and Mexicans.
Trump tapped into the workers and people who lives in the heavily manufacturing states.
Trump openly criticizing China.
Hillary lost because of the Podesta emails, the DNC emails, and comes off as being a career politician the will tell one group one thing then turn around and tell another group something different. That actually came up a few times. Bernie supporters stayed in their feelings about how the DNC rigged the primaries in Hillary's favor (No complaint from me). Bill's criminal justice reform bill kinda resurfaced again. Her dealings as SOS. The nail in the coffin was the FBI letter a week before the election.
It also says a lot when voters went to the polls and didn't vote for either one but voted on the down ballot.
