Trump has expressed willingness to restart the nuclear arms race with Russia.

Trump has not dropped troop levels lower than when he came to office.

The budget and world policing are separate issues to me. If he begins bringing troops home and the budget stays the same/goes up... its a win to me.
Obviously, ending these undeclared wars is higher on my priority list than most.

Pulling out of Syria and the speech he gave to the troops are both positives in my book.
I hope this anti war movement continues, gains steam, and results in real/meaningful foreign policy changes.

Bringing the troops home doesn't save money when the same guy sending them home is requesting increased funding. So you're not making a point of value.

I disagree, because any decrease in troops in a war torn place is going to cut costs for the military.

If we leave Syria, that is one less force in a sovereign country.
ISIS has already been extinguished. Turkey needs to bounce.. Russia was invited in by Syria. Israel is randomly dropping dem thangs on Syria. How about less countries trying to partition Syria....which is one of the primary reasons, minus the pipeline they were trying to push through there.

Less countries in Syria with their own agendas will bring stability to Syria.
