* Urged states to go after marijuana users and even scrap protections for medical marijuana.

* Increased the use of asset forfeiture

* Encouraged officers to rough up suspects already in custody

* Diverted resources away from the DOJ's civil rights division to instead use to fight against Affirmative Action policies in college

* Took back Obama's order that had blocked the transfer of military equipment to local police

* Closed down a federal effort to reform police departments after officer-involved shootings

* Rescinded a Obama letter to courts that advised them to be careful in imposing overly stiff fees and penalties on poor defendants.

* Rescinded an Obama-era memo ordering non-interference with marijuana crimes in pot-legal states

Since you’re a dumbass that doesn’t understand gun laws and isn’t actually on the ground anywhere. Red states tend to have lax gun laws that lead to large amounts of black men even those with past criminal records to still carry with little to no risk of long term incarceration.

Especially in counties with more black friendly courts, like Harris County.

But, in several cities, local governments and police forces have been taking federal resources and putting them towards black neighborhoods with aggressive policing tactics.

And they’ve been using federal courts to give people more time because the federal gun sentencing tends to be more rigid than state gun sentencing.

They’re taking the the power to sentence away from local courts and shifting them to federal courts. Just like around the 1994 Crime Bill that swelled the federal prison population back then.

But it’s not surprising, most of you guys would have supported the 1994 crime bill, regardless of how “pro-black” you believe yourselves to be.

Bigger federal government involvement in policing always leads to increases incarceration just from the influx of federal money and resources, and the differences in state and federal sentencing. Especially when the crime becomes a trendy one like gun control.

You’re a clown that has never visited a prison private, federal, or state.

Okay I’ll explain it from the standpoint of somebody that actually knows how prisoners feel about prisons.

It’s generally accepted that as far as comfort and living conditions private and federal >>>>> state. State prisons tend to be ran down hell holes especially in Southern states.

Private prisons are a superior experience to state prison in several states, even though they are mostly limited to no violent offenders. Federal prisons are also better but you tend to be in them longer because of federal sentencing.

Now, here are some hard numbers for you, federal drug prosecution fell in both 2017 and 2018, those are the only two years of Trump’s presidency that that we have data for, so the idea that Trump administration went after drugs is false.



Decriminalization of weed is coming, but you think they’re just going to shut down all those federal prisons? No, they’re gonna fill them with illegal immigrants or gun offenders (probably gonna be mostly black).

The biggest current threat to blacks in America is illegal immigration, on multiple fronts, but the failure of black leadership to act in the favor of the black people in America and instead in the interest of the Democratic Party as a whole, a Democratic Party that has made it clear they don’t care about the true progress of blacks in America, and go with whatever voter base is the easiest to purchase while providing the most value. I understand the ADOS movement on that front and think it’s a good thing that people aren’t mincing words about the failures of the Democratic National Party in black America.

Your “benevolent” masters are going to sell blacks out for the Hispanic vote, and to say they solved the scourge of guns in America.
