The whistleblower complaint involves a series of actions/calls based on the president's behavior. The transcript is meaningless in the grand scheme of things which is why the R's are excited to get it out as soon as possible.

What are these actions and calls? An article I read from CNN, I believe, said that the whistleblower wasn't even in the room and they were reporting something someone else told them had happend
