-Obstruction of Justice
-Emoluments Clause
-Tax/Insurance/Bank fraud like Cohen claimed in the testimony
-Bribery
-Election conspiracy law

This is assuming they have all relevant documents everything in the above charges turns out to be true.

Those should be the 5 charges.

The whistleblower complaint is all that matters when it was a trump appointed who said the matter was urgent and needed to be forwarded to congress.. The acting DNI director immediately went to the justice department(keep in mind this ain’t got nothing to do with the DOJ) who told him he cannot release the complaint to congress.. Which is by law that it has to be released to congress

Still, keep in mind this impeachment doesn't require an illegal act. As I always say, you an impeach a president if you can impeach a president. The same goes for removal.

Trump will have to be removed by the Senate and that is almost certainly not going to happen.

Trump is not Obama or Bush. Obama or Bush could be impeached, but not removed from office and be extremely hurt politically. The same does not apply to Trump if it's not a checkmate case.

So you're going to get the House to impeach him, the Senate will not remove him. Then all of you will be mad and it's back to square one while Trump is bragging about being exonerated and telling everyone the Dems tried to remove him from office.
