trump approval rate is 47 percent...
Yeah Trump’s approval rating hasn’t been affected at all. Over half of voters hate Trump so that’s no surprise that 48% of people would support impeachment and removal. Impeachment is having zero political impact either way just like I predicted.

It wasn’t even a topic in the elections last week. None of the Dem nominees were talking impeachment in their final pitches, and no voters polled were ranking it as a concern. It just wasn’t a campaign issue at all. It’s crazy how much no one cares about this shyt despite CNN and MSNBC’s 24 hour breaking coverage. The thread ain’t even stickied here lol.

Impeachment is having zero political impact either way just like I predicted. It was obvious to people who pay attention to politics. This thread is full of people

This is a dumb argument, and I don’t understand y’all need to keep repeating.

Impeachment is not for politics or popularity

Impeachment is the Congress constitutional duty. That’s it.

What it might or might not do to polls is irrelevant.

Stop repeating this dumb shyt over and over :stopitslime:

none of the people the republicans want to call make any sense and cant possibly help trump...it is clear they dont have a defense and aint going to try to defend trump...the republicans are about to tacitly agree with the dems that what trump did is untenable if they cant bother to give a real defense...

Shut up. Whether it’s constitutional duty or not is a separate issue. Saying it’s having no political impact is not a dumb argument, nor is it an argument period. It’s just a truthful observation.

So? It’s been breaking news for 2 months nonstop. Even if you say average people who don’t follow politics don’t know about it yet, people who vote in elections do. There were several statewide elections last week and impeachment wasn’t even an issue.

It’s some strawman gotcha shyt to discredit the process.

Nobody said it would be politically popular or advantageous. In fact democratic leadership has been saying the exact opposite. It’s a difficult, somber, unpopular process, that is their duty to complete
