seems he was trying to stall as long as possible just so he didn’t have to do it especially being that his country was dependent on the aid which was a matter of life and death.. He stalled long enough to where the aid was released due too Schiff asking about the hold up..
Gotta give Zelensky credit.. he told trump officials what they wanted to hear and stalled long enough to where he didn’t have to do an investigation in which he knew himself was bogus
