Relatively underreported is Congress launched joint investigation into Giuliani/Ukraine on September 9, the same day Schiff received initial letter from IC IG...also WaPo Editorial reported this on September 5th but it got no traction. It was Schiff's subpoena on September 13 that got everyone moving

September 9 was also the day Dems launched joint investigation. I wonder I Trump called Sondland before or after this investigation was announced.

What the recent news underscores is the fact it proves Trump is the one who held the aid up, not Mulveney or any other cohorts behind the scenes.

It's been proven Trump had:

- Motive (hurt Biden & Ukraine + help Russia)
- Criminal intent (Used Giuliani + replace Ambass)
- Criminal action (held aid until Z announced invests)
- Cover-up desires (sat on WB complaint for 2 weeks)
