Na
We haven't had a president in our lifetime send fake electors to damn near 4 states, coordinate a coup, steal US top secrets, while in office withhold defense money Ukraine to get dirt on an opponent, raise $250 million off a lie, send his base on a crash dummy mission at the state capital building.

I don't understand why a Dem or Repub have to squeaky clean. Trump is a full fledged criminal.

To be honest, Trump should be charged for how he handled Covid. So many dead because this douche is an insufferable dikk. Bytch nikka received 1st hand information in Dec 2019 about that outta control virus in China. He held a rally in Feb 2020 and said it was a democratic hoax.
Yeah ppl are being disingenuous

A former lawyer to Donald Trump has pleaded guilty in an election subversion case in the US state of Georgia.

Kenneth Chesebro is the third of 19 co-defendants to plead guilty in a deal with Fulton County prosecutors.

He is accused of putting forward a slate of fake pro-Trump electors in Georgia and other states to overturn the outcome of the 2020 election.

Mr Trump is among those charged in the case. He has pleaded not guilty.

Chesebro's plea deal comes a day after another ex-Trump lawyer, Sidney Powell, admitted guilt in the case.

A third co-defendant, bail bondsman Scott Hall, struck a plea deal with prosecutors in late September.

Chesebro pleaded guilty to a single felony count of conspiracy to file false documents.

His deal with prosecutors on Friday came as jury selection began in his case. The trial will no longer go forward.

Under the plea deals, the former defendants will have to testify under oath in forthcoming trials.

Chesebro faces five years of probation, a $5,000 (£4,109) fine and community service. He also must provide documents and evidence related to the case and write an apology letter to citizens of Georgia.

He had faced a total of seven charges in the Georgia election interference case, including conspiracy to commit forgery and conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer.

Chesebro is an appellate lawyer who first became involved in the Trump campaign's post-election efforts in Wisconsin before expanding into other states lost by Mr Trump.

He is accused of helping to devise a plan to submit fake slates of electors for Mr Trump.

Specifically, it is alleged he wrote a memo that provided instructions for how such electors in states including Georgia should proceed to meet and cast votes for Mr Trump.

His guilty plea can be seen as a victory for Fulton County prosecutors as they continue to build their case against Mr Trump, said Atlanta lawyer Rachel Kaufman.

"The chips are falling and falling on Trump," Ms Kaufman told the BBC.

"Chesebro pleading guilty and agreeing to testify truthfully against his co-defendants is the biggest blow yet to any defence they've been building. Chesebro was like the captain of Trump's legal team - and was often the only link between Trump and the other co-conspirators," she said.

In total, the former president faces 13 felony counts - including racketeering - for allegedly pressuring state officials to reverse results in the presidential election.

He has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing, and has described the case as politically motivated.

BREAKING: Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump throws her husband Jared Kushner under the bus while testifying under oath at the Trump Organization’s $250 fraud trial in New York.

While being questioned by prosecutors from Attorney General Letitia James’ office, Ivanka Trump threw Kushner to the wolves, admitting under oath that it was Kushner himself who introduced her to the Deutsche Bank banker who helped Donald Trump and the Trump Organization commit financial fraud by inflating Trump’s assets in order to secure fraudulent loans for its Miami Doral gold course, the Old Post Office in D.C., as well as a large property in Chicago.

This is devastating news not only for the Trump Organization, but for her own husband Jared Kushner, which she just exposed to criminal liability for helping Trump and the Trump family business commit rampant fraud with her devastating testimony.

Tick-tock, Jared Kushner…

BREAKING: New York Attorney General Letitia James blindsides Ivanka Trump during today’s testimony by releasing bombshell courtroom evidence that proves that Ivanka was FULLY AWARE that her father Donald Trump committed financial fraud.

Attorney General James showed the judge devastating emails in which Ivanka Trump proposed lowering the required net worth for her father Donald Trump to personally back the Deutsche Bank loan that he eventually ended up receiving.

According to Attorney General James, the final agreement for the Deutsche Bank loan required that Donald Trump, as the guarantor, maintain a minimum net worth of $2.5 billion — down from the initial $3 billion that the bank initially required.

The email revealed by James in court today shows that Ivanka personally proposed a change to lower the net worth requirement for her father to $2 billion — a tacit admission that she KNEW that her father was over-inflating his net worth, which at the time, Donald Trump declared was $4.2 billion on the statement of financial condition that he filed when he applied for the billion dollar loan.

According to Attorney General James, this fraud allowed Trump to obtain better loan rates. An expert witness for the attorney general testified earlier in the trial that Trump’s “ill-gotten gains” from the fraud totaled a whopping $168 million.

Not only is this devastating for Ivanka and Donlad Trump in this massive $250 civil fraud trial — it also exposes them to criminal liability, which Attorney General James has hinted she may later charge them criminally.

Tick-tock, Donald and Ivanka…
