Here are some other previous statements that have not aged well:

There is prior precedent for Trump getting jail time. Former Vice President Spiro Agnew was convicted and got probation. Lots of Governors, Senators and Representatives have been to prison.

I just read the entire 49 page indictment, he’s fukked. One of his attorneys cooperated, they have phone/video recordings, text messages, pictures, and more.

There’s no telling how many people saw these classified documents because they were kept in accessible places with no real security mechanism. Dude had them in bathrooms and ballroom stage at Mir a lago, among other spots.

His man-servant, Nauta, is a clown for doing everything trump told him to do. Fool can’t even be the fall guy because trump was present when the boxes were initially moved, directing the movement personally lol.

All of his tactics that worked for him over the years are dried up. You can’t play with the feds because they have all types of tools to restore and retrieve data. Not to mention, apply pressure with serious threats of prison time to persons with knowledge of the crime.

Trump’s only play is to plead out, they got him good.

I recommend reading that indictment, it’s an easy read and well written.
