I can understand why you may feel that way.

On the other hand, Trump is facing 4 potential indictments. Fani Willis in Georgia is looking to indict Trump and all his goons on a conspiracy/RICO case. And he might still get indicted for January 6.

He would have to either be found not guilty on all them, or he gets found guilty and the 4 different judges refuse to sentence him to jail/prison simply because he was the President.
