Obama didn't even beat McCain and Romney by 5 almost 6 million votes
Most of those votes were from NY, and California. Take look at the map and how much he won states like Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania, etc. Then remember that the Republicans changed the voting laws, and if those laws were in place for the last election Trump would actually be President now.

Right. The bigger point I was trying to understand is that there is no law that restricts a candidate from being a 3 or more time president even if he never served 2 consecutive terms.
Dems are in trouble. Biden is the one that will actually be done mentally by 2024, hes already done, kamala is a train wreck. kamala loses to trump or desantis EASY. newsom was a chance but hes taken a turn with the recall.
