Scalia followed the U.S. Constitution, unlike the liberal justices that want to piss on the U.S. Constitution, but I'm not going there now. Two completely different mind sets. And, I don't think Trump would make them all Scalia-esque. If it were Cruz, then I would agree.

I'm not defending him mentioning her. I wouldn't have said what he said, but he did.

You are joking right. Every member of the supreme court interprets the constitution as they see fit. Please do some reading on Madison, Jefferson, etc. The constitution was never mean to begin relevant 200 years from the time it was written, in fact Madison knew that by not including negro or slave in the Constitution it would have to believe revisited along with almost all of it

And, liberal judges aren't fit to do that job as they intentionally try and change the meaning. Liberal judges are beyond awful. The conservative judges APPLY that vote along with what the U.S. Constitution states. They don't have to find reasons to manipulate it to get a ruling in their favor.......liberals do.

I edited my post about Madison. The constitution is only meant to be interpreted by judicial activists. Scalia is one of hundreds who interpreted the constitution through his own political lens, same as any other supreme court judge, liberal or not. Same as Madison, Jefferson, etc.

The constitution isn't some holy document set in stone. If any part of it is unjust, it needs to be amended.

WTF is wrong with liberal judges :dahell: Do we have an abortion opponent here :mjlol: Thinking he has the right to tell women what to do with their bodies :russ:

Conservative judges try to regress this society to the stone age. There is nothing wrong with liberal judges, anyone who opposes them should at least make a better argument than "derr, they piss all ova tha cawnstitushun!!! derrr" :weirdo:

How could we not laugh at him when he acts like a little boy all the time:

"He started it!"

That man can't handle any criticism. Noting is beneath him. If something is said about him and he hears about it he has to respond. I just don't understand how someone looks at a guy like that and sees a leader.

interesting point :ehh:

but despite the head start, trump built a pretty impressive empire. you can say he fukked up and fukked people over, etc, whatever, but 'stupid' is not the way to describe trump. obviously hillary either

whereas palin...you have more leeway to be stupid :skip:
