When da fukk did anyone from any of those countries create a national security issue in the USA?
White Nationalists stay committing most terrorist attacks in America and China/Russia/Israel stay sending most of the spies, yet Trump is just blatantly targeting Blacks and Muslims to keep America White.
If he gets elected to a second term he's gonna have most of Africa and the Middle East on that list.

They're run by a straight dictator who can act unilaterally. Trump probably just threatened to add them so he could get some "gifts", then took them off the list after receiving said gifts.
