The American government has three branches, Executive branch (President) Judicial Branch (Supreme Court) and the Legislative branch (Congress and House of Representatives)
Trump belongs to the Republican party. The Legislative Branch (Congress and House of Representatives) have majority of people from the same Party (republican)
For the record Hillary Clinton belonged to the other party (Democratic party)
The Republicans have a majority and are in power. They are happy he is in charge because all laws that they want changed, he will gladly agree to change them and they get what they want.
Nothing will happen until the Democratic party (the opposing party) becomes a majority in the Legislative Branch.

I have been saying this shyt since the campaign. Trump tore off the face of civility in American politics. Everything we have seen after (the riots,protest, his war with the media and IC) has come from it. He literally changed the culture.
While this is totally within his power as president it's another bad move. But it was the only move open to him that his limited vision could see. He just basically went out as a government official and said the government is biased against segments of the press. Totally within his right. But it's definitely not gonna get the media off his back or the leaks out of his administration.
His main problem with the press is he doesn't control the narrative. They make him look like a moron because they don't like him and he is constantly doing and saying dumb shyt. All you gotta do is do some actual positive shyt instead of pandering to the 24 percent of people who voted for him.
This idiot could fix his issue with the press in a week if he actually gave a damn.

Agreed, IMO there was a completely biased coverage beginning from the campaign that swung over to his actual term in his presidency. The press (i.e the New York Times, CNN, Washington Post etc etc) have been reporting "fake news" and half truths for months now, it's gotten completely out of control.
I read the New York Times on a daily basis, along with the Economist and a few others, and the sensationalist headlines are like something straight up out of a comic book, there's obviously an agenda there with ALOT of left-wing influence.
And keep in mind that these very same banned media outlets are the very same ones that endorsed Hillary, they definitely aren't neutral. Free Press and challenging the President is one thing, but the NYTs and the WP have become like a version of Mad Magazine at this point. I applaud him for the move.
