They caused a traffic jam and stopped traffic. Got out of their vehicles and just started spraying into cars. There was no target they were seeking and they shot people running way in the back including the 9-year-old boy.

The US government under Bush of all people worked really hard to prosecute these guys because at the very least you don't want to allow this to be a habit, publically at least and some of these guys rightfully got life in prison. Of couse, Trump for some reason decided these mass murderers deserved to be released from prison.
