He’s wrong - Hillary was close to being charged. Her team even had immunity deals. At the last minute Comey said he couldn’t move forward because “no reasonable prosecutor” would indict. And he was right had she been indicted she would have been found not guilty anyway.

Clinton did “win” because they reached a deal to RETURN docs BEFORE he had to be subpoenaed.

With Trump you don't believe anything until you see it. Again, we are talking about a white billionaire and former president. That is as close to being above the law as you can get. If the law is actually applied to him as it would be on any one of us, it creates a ripple effect that can reach back and fukk up other former presidents. I just do not see the courts doing that. America was started by and for white men with money and political influence. And so far in every situation where someone like that should suffer consequences, they don't.

Trump being indicted, found guilty and punished would show that America actually IS a nation of laws and one in which nobody is above the law. That's so far against the brand I actually can't imagine it actually happening. It would be the equivalent of someone suing Bill gates, winning, and then the next time you see gates he's in an orange jumpsuit sharing a cell with someone who stabbed 5 people.
