So basically Kris Jenner is a better businessman than Donald Trump
To put it into perspective he also doesn't pay people and he spent years not paying taxes. If the laws were fair in this country he would probably be bankrupt but hes adept in finding loopholes and just straight up bullying his way around not paying folks.

I actually did a lot of reading into Fred Trump (Donald is a fukking loser, clown and legit a trash ass heir) and one thing which is mind-blowing is Donalds ability to lose all the money Fred made and his lack of business acumen. Do we have another heir similar to him? His father made and saved a stupid amount of money and Donald legit wasted so much of it.
People keep forgetting Fred died in 1999. Can you imagine if damn near a basic wells fargo bank manager managed the money instead of him how much they'd have today?
Ofcourse Kris Jenner is a better business person lol. As was his father and tbh damn near anyone who is able to generate wealth. His talent is LOSING MONEY.
It's low key disgusting when you consider a basic ass 401k account with his inheritance would be worth 2.3 billion today but he dwindled Fred's money to utter shyt.
It's why inheritance is tricky. If you have a son like Donald he will blow the money away quickly trying to play business man. He thought putting on a suit would make him be similar to his father but he is anything but. Just a clown. And a grifter.

Most of his cash is not in his name.
You build irrevocable trusts which then by law forms its own entity. It wouldn't be in his reporting under cash or liquid assets bc the money in there cannot be changed from the trust avenues documented.
Not saying he's not a loser and bad business man but just explaining the odds are above happened which would explain alot.
Trump is a known clout chaser, he would be bragging about that shyt if it was worth anything. Instead he been trying to keep it secret. Plus He is known for shytty real estate deals that end up losing money and filing for bankruptcy. I bet the total sum of his assets are significantly less than he claims as well.
