I really feel bad for HBCU's, to go to Donald Trump for handouts has to be so demeaning.

Where else are they going to get funding? They depend on govt money to operate. Would you prefer they shut down? It's not like their alumni are giving back much.money to them. The rates of donations has always been low at hbcu's.
