The Bahamas doesn't have the long history of Jewish ties, the banking money needed, nor the "prestige" of A French post to attempt masking the stench of being a convicted felon, pardon or not. It's also a good bet that Jared/Ivanka would rather base their movements in Paris than Nassau; it's an easier jaunt to everywhere they'd want to access, from the UK to KSA.
