we've had similar discussions. when it was jeff sessions, i said that him doing the exact same thing wasn't gonna affect shyt and prosecutors would continue to dictate locally. i was correct about that

so in the interest of consistency, i'll say the same thing here this was not a law, this was not even a rule. it's a fukking suggestion that no one here can provide evidence it was even adhered to, or had any affect whatsoever
