The flags are supposed to be flown at half mast for 30 days after the death of a President. Carter died on December 29, 2024. The flags were supposed to be flown at half mast until January 28, 2025. Trump was inaugurated January 20, 2025, and he had the flags raised on that day. SO ARE YOU GOING TO BE A MAN AND COME BACK AND ADMIT THAT YOU WERE WRONG?
