Its not a problem until drones start flying above your head. The outrage is that the places we've been drone striking are not declared war zones.
Same with manned aircraft.

Drone strikes often hit innocent people.
Same with manned aircraft.

We terrorize the local populace raining missiles from the sky with no plane in sight.
How is this materially different than manned aircraft? Same result - death and destruction.

The drone operators have a higher than normal PTSD rate. Taking lives while playing video games is not whats hot.
This sounds like a personnel problem, and not a problem innate to drones. Institute better vetting, training, and post-war healthcare to limit the opportunity and effects of PTSD.

I get the technological advancements and the advantage that gives us especially in saving our own peoples lives but when some country flips it on us and uses drones against us it'll be fukked up. Drones should be banned in warfare the same way torture is.

Since no American life is at risk with a drone strike it's much easier to decide to use it as opposed to flying a jet and risking a person's life.

So a lot more drone strikes take place that maybe a fighter jet wouldn't be put in.

For example: we have intelligence that Target A is located at Point Z. Point Z, however, is heavily guarded with AA artillery. We send in a drone instead of a manned aircraft to take out Target A without risking a life on our side.

I am not disputing whether drone strikes have killed civilians...

When you drop bombs, people get killed...That's how it works and unfortunately even if you're careful civilians can find themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time...
