After reading in the last 24 hours , how USAid has been used to destabilize and cause regime changes throughout the world , I think most countries are better off without it .

The US doesn’t offer aid without strings attached to it .

I don’t think Trump/Gop will completely dismantle it , since it is a tool of American imperialism but they will cut back in funding for programs that they find useless and are actually beneficial for people .
