this is click bait. Jeb! outraised everyone at one point. whoever the Dems nominate will be flush.
Remember this isn't only Trump... its him and the RNC.
In the 2nd quarter, Trump and his committees had raised $54 million and the RNC $51 million for a total of $105 million.
So let's say this 3rd quarter, Trump raised $65 million and the RNC raised $60 million for the $125 million total.
That's obviously still eclipsing any Dem BUT... if you add up all the Dem campaigns they probably will match or exceed Trump's this quarter.
The difference is the RNC is raking in money and the DNC isn't. The RNC was used by the Trump campaign big time in 2016... they outsourced a lot of functions to it since Hillary had outraised them. Which in turn worked out better as they have everything centralized.
The Dems are donating to their candidates and not a centralized place. ActBlue has been widely successful... everyone uses it now.
