I work in the web development field and usually the only AA in the office where ever I go, these people from outsourced counties do not code better than Americans. Most of the time , its worse. Only difference is companies don't have to give them health care and getting paid a 1/3 what a american would make.

They won't be sending back any CEO's that's forsure..and the talent losing out can find work back home in India.
but moving the threshold from 60k to 130k is beneficial to domestic talent entering the industry

This is the time for us as black people to realize that Trump might do something that is going to clear the fukking table...and that we as black people are going to have a chance to get some seats...rather it be the way we want to or not...in a place where right now it's even hard for a white person to get a seat...
You should be following the healthcare and IT industries very carefully and if you are about money and opportunity you had better hope orange face guts them...

We do get the knowledge and certs, but we are ultimately stifled by corporate racism, H1Bs, and overall intolerant work culture that would love to have us relegated to being security guards or cleaning people, nothing more.
In spite of that, every breh I've encountered in the field has been A-1 and on top of their game (coding, hardware, manager, whatever). Every H1B project I've been involved with, I normally have to clean up their failed implementations and save the day. They are cheap labor and that is the only reason they'll get picked over American applicants, if they are tossed to the bushes, we definitely can fill the void with many of these spots.

Don't know about "cheap labor" that's selling their intelligence a little short.......but I can see your a bit biased.....more power to you.......just think yall think these new implementations means that in a round a about way we have been invited to the table, when I think we should all know better by now.......but you can't tell black people anything these days.
