This is only effective for States waiting for approval from the federal government and USDA, to give them the ok to release the benefits.
This doesn't affect States that decided to fund the program through their own means, like Louisiana, New York, Maryland, Colorado, Massachusetts, etc.

That's awful, which means that with all the delays happening, many recipients in other states might not even receive a November benefit, and considering how they said it could take weeks or even months to process for some, it's even more concerning for those in need of food assistance.
Food Banks and food pantries only go soo far, long-term, it's not substantial, not just in regards to the banks and pantries needing to be stocked but also nutritionally it's not sufficient enough to keep a family well-fed.
